CyberPro’s benefit offerings were designed with our employees and partners in mind. We offer comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefit plans, a 401(k) plan with company matching, life insurance, and personal time off. Details of our benefits can be found below.

• Medical/Vision/Dental: CyberPro provides full employer-paid coverage for a selected employee-only medical, dental, and vision plan for eligible employees.
• 401(k) Plan: Eligible employees may enroll in a company-sponsored 401(k) plan after a 3 month eligibility period.  CyberPro will match employee contributions 100% on the first 7% of compensation.
• Personal Time Off: CyberPro provides eligible employees with fifteen (15) paid personal days off each year.
• CyberPro provides AD&D insurance and life insurance to each eligible employees in the amount of $75,000 at no cost to the employee.
